For a few weeks start every morning with a blank sheet of paper and write on top of the page: What do I actually want?
It is surprising how useful it is to keep asking the same question. Each time, your answer becomes more precise.
Once you know what you want, turn it into action steps.
What do I actually want?
What kind of person do you want to become? What are some of the daily habits this person has? What habits do you have? What is holding you back to copy those habits? Can you remove some of the resistance? How close can you get with what you have right now before the problems show up? What would the person you want to become do with those problems? Can you do the same? Why not? What CAN you do? What have you done already? Can you do more?
