Many people want the resilts. Few people want the lifestyle you have to do to get the results.

In the long run, the people who succeed are the ones who want to live the lifestyle that proceeds the results. First do the work, results will follow.

How successful you are has direct relation with how you deal with failure. If you learn and persist, you will be successful.

If you are not happy with your current lifestyle, change your habits. Your daily habits determine your lifestyle, and this determents your results.

Have patience and persistence. These are the most overlooked and under appreciated strategies to get ahead.

On choosing what to plan for

You might think you know what you want now. It will change over time. If you have no idea, start with what you don’t want and go the opposite direction.

Step 1: know exactly what you want. Have a big vision that is crystal clear.

Step 2: Know exactly what is true. See reality for what it is and accept the honest facts of the situation.

Step 3: Be flexible in the way you close the gap between 1 and 2.

As long as you are breathing, you have time. It is never too late to change.

Money is a great servant but a horrible master.

Creating a better future

What looks like a talent gap is often a focus gap. The “All-Star” is often an average or above average performer who spends more time working on what is important and less on distractions.

The Talent is staying focused.

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it.

Because what the world needs is people who have come alive and have created a better future.

Tips to improve you Microbiomen

Increase your fiber intake (+ 40 gr/day)

Eat as many types of fruit and vegertables as possible and eat seasonal

Pick high-fiber vegetables (artichoke, onions, garlic, etc)

Choose foods and drinks with a high level of polyphenols and antioxidants (nuts, berries, seeds, olive-oil, green tea)

Avoid snacking and occasionally skip a meal or fast 14 to 24 hours

Eat plenty of fermented foods containing live microbes (kefir, yoghurt, suaerkraut)

Drink little alcohol

No artificial sweeteners, no processed foods

Spend more time in the countryside, do plenty outdoor activities

Stroke animals

Avoid anti-biotics and non-essential medicine

Don’t be hygiene obsessed. A little dirt is healthy

Spend time close to a lean person

Avoid food and vitamin supplements. Eat a large range of real foods

Eat like the Hadza. A huge variety of different foods in season

Focus on where you want to be. What is needed, What do I need to learn, or un-learn. Make a plan, then start. Today. Now!

Nothing comes easy. Embrace the discomford for the long-term gains.

Feel the Fear, and do it anyway. Feel the fear and ACT anyway.

Your values are defined by your actions! What you regularly do!

Not by what you think you ought to do, or by what you wish you could do.

By acting you form the foundation of your character!

So. Do 1 step at a time. Start small. Realy own it. Make momentum. Keep it sustainable. Know your laziness and fight it ahead of time! prepare your surroundings, remove distractions as much as possible. pla, prepare, execute. Be pro-active.

Fix problems quickly, when they are still small. Don’t wait untill they have become big problems.

Mistakes Will happen.

Learn from them and move on. Do better next time. Make better mistakes. Just work on getting closer.

Use and build good habits. Use the concept of Micro Mastery in a wide range of subject. Keep it fun and keep building on your greater plan, on your ultimate goal.

You are where you are because of your past decisions. That cannot be changed. What you can change is where you are in the future. Work on where you want to be in the future today! Make the best of what you have, where you are, to go where you want to be.

And: Do not be upset by the results you didn’t get for the work you did not do!

Everybody starts out as a beginner. Every hero, artist, painter etc has started from zero. So do you.

They did not stop.

How to start?

Pick a commitment that is close to 100% under your direct control. Truly commit yourself to the action side. Don’t start with optimism, start with certainty! Be in control of your actions.

Expect the unexpected. Something always comes up. Deal with it. Stay committed. Take action.

Wat is mijn perfecte dag? in de ochtend trainen en lesgeven/coaching. In de middag tekenen en of schilderen, verkoop, coaching, lesgeven of studeren. In de avond muziek maken, gitaar of piano, zingen, optreden, coaching, lesgeven of studeren.

Voeg hierbij vrienden en vriendinnen, samen lunchen, dineren, plezier maken en delen. lange wandelingen in de natuur, blijven leren, nieuwe dingen ontdekken en nieuwe vrienden maken.

Mastery requires patience and action. Take action every day with a sence of urgency. Having patience and wait for your actions to accumulate and trust the process!

Kan het beter, sneller of makkelijker. Wees ervan bewust dat ieder doel een deel van je lange termijn planning is.
